helpful staff great location clean room good options
I found the staff helpful. The location was near to many restaurants. My room was very clean. The breakfast had good options.
I found no clothing iron in the room. You CAN get one at the reception though.

Solid stay in the city
attentive staff free parking breakfast buffet
The staff was very attentive and friendly at all times. We arrived before check-in time. They stored our luggage while we had lunch. A parking garage is located across the street, but since it was Saturday, we parked on the street for free all weekend. The breakfast buffet offered excellent fresh and varied options. It was easy to walk to downtown attractions.
the housekeeping crew did not fully clean the room and left rags. This was not ideal.

Excellent Hotel Experience
prime location easy exploration satisfying selection efficient service
I found the hotel's location quite convenient, only 400 meters from the metro. A bus stop located across the street made city exploration effortless. The breakfast provided a satisfying array of choices. I particularly enjoyed the breads and fresh fruits. I also appreciated the room service, it was quick and efficient.
The room was a little small, but it was manageable.

tasty breakfast sound isolation
The breakfast had tasty options and they were quick to refill everything. I noticed the sound isolation worked really well! i didn't hear anyone around me when i was in my room. cleaning happened every day and they cleaned up my room each day!

missing kleenex housekeeping rags
The breakfast had many options and some portuguese items. That was acceptable.
the housekeeping staff did not refill the kleenex box, and they left their rags. i requested kleenex from the front desk, but it took three hours to receive them. these issues were inconvenient.
